5.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about a charge or need to dispute a transaction:

  • Contact us first through our support channels before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider

  • We are committed to resolving payment disputes fairly and promptly

  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension
